Hints

I love hints on making life easier around the house and outside in the yard.  anything that can make life a bit easier.    This is a clever idea and useful one.

Wish I had known about this a long time ago.   Candle wax is always a pain to move.

You put a dry towel in with your wet clothes and they dry faster, saving money...I'll try that.

A pinch of salt and the dandelion  will die....I'll try that one today if it isn't raining outside.  I have a few of those pesky critters in my cement walk way.

A good idea if you don't eat the marshmallows first.  I used a piece of apple peel and it would do the same thing.

This is not a hint but a write up about the anti bacterial soaps we use.  We should wash our hands and take at least twenty to thirty seconds to rub it in and we only use about six seconds.   It seems microbes are adapting to anti bacterial chemicals and heighten our resistance to anti bionics.  The chemicals, called TCC and TCS get into our water treatment plants creating a sewer sludge which ends up in our agricultural  lands creating possible health hazards.    Makes me wonder what else is getting into our food chain.

A snail stopped to admire a pretty flower.    An unlikely creature to admire but you have to admit it does have a little beauty all its own.

Here it Monday all over again....didn't I just say that?    Time flies, it really does.     I hope the household hints help make your time fly by and you find a second or two to relax and smell the flowers.    Plan your week with a little down time , a little time to walk in the park or visit a sick friend, or even invite a friend to lunch . . . balance is the name of the game and it creates a healthy existence.  Remember the old adage of 'all work and no play makes for a dull day'  ...or something like that.    So don't be 'dull', be full of life and share yourself today.    Hugs to all.
