Interested

Interested in Calvin and Hobbs?   Yes . . . the author has come out of retirement for a few seconds and given us a tease.  Hopefully we will see more of Calvin and Hobbs.

Port Orchard folks are always busy thinking of new ways to attract the town folks into coming out.  They post wonderful signs.

I would like to visit Bilbury, England and enjoy the peace and quiet of a small village where the river Coin runs along the town.  It has such a nice quiet feel to it.

Granddaughter Erin is very busy these days.    No words to tell me what is going on but it looks like she has everything under control.   Last I heard she had over twenty students in her class.  I heard one rainy day only two showed up;  guess the folks in Guyana are not rain lovers.

Sheila sent this picture along on Facebook today.   She is missing her vacation time at the ranch where she had such a good time and can hardly wait to plan another vacation there.   Looks like beautiful country.

The start of a new week;  how many times have I written that in the last several years.   I sometimes feel I am much to repetitious and want to come up with new and exciting words and pictures for you to enjoy .  There is so much beauty in words and pictures to share in a world that is filled with so many choices.  Each day we awaken to a new mystery of life . . . what will this day enfold?   A chance to do a good deed.  A visit with an old friend.   An invitation to share a cup of tea and a special scone.  A temper tantrum when someone  'gets your goat', or an angry encounter because of someone playing the 'petty and pouting' game.  choices . . . all yours to contend with today, so you know what to do;  put a smile on your face, one that shines from your eyes;  you know the grin and bare it kind.   Put one foot before the other and march to your own drum, the one that is kind, considerate, loving and so YOU.    Hugs to all.
