Artist

Here is friend Sharon with her new ad.   she is finally getting around to cards.  I am going to check her fine art cards out and shop around.    Check in and see what she does.

Her is a sample.    She has quite a sense of humor.

Looking for me?    Well here I come, ready or not.

Cannon Beach, Oregon.   A wonderful spot to spend the last of the summer.   I'd like to go up there for a day or two but not in the last of the summer as the crowds are still around.   A beautiful sight at the close of day.

Here it is a long weekend, Labor Day weekend.   We got several boxes unpacked and out on the tables, now all we need are the yard sale folks to come by .    I'm off to put my shoes on and help.  It really is fun to meet and greet the folks who stop by.   Wish us luck as this is the final unload . . . um . . . haven't you heard that one before!!

Yesterday, Pat's neighbor Earl was out for a ride in his new chair, a beauty, and he looked good for a man who has reached one hundred years old.   His major complaint was that he cannot walk any more.   He went  on to say he feels pretty good.   We took a walk to see our friends who are having the 'last' sale and saw all the treasures from a true antique shop.   There are some beautiful old relics including paper dolls and a tiny wooden animal that goes way back.    I hope they are successful as the lady is in her eighties and told us boxing and unboxing was becoming much too much for her.    She will continue in her store, over in Roseberg, but as her friends said, she can always come over to Brookings just for fun.    A very good idea.

Well enough chit chat for this morning.  I'm off to have my coffee and wake up.   Make sure you do the same and have a very lovely holiday weekend doing what you love to do best.   Don't forget to go hunt for a treasure today.   Take a smile along and a hug or two.    Enjoy the end of summer.   Hugs to all.
